Course Payment


Course registrations must be accompanied by payment and or an EMT Training Fund Certificate of Eligibility.

NOTICE: MLEMS has been notified by NJ OEMS that as of April 1, 2010 the NJ EMT Training Fund will only pay for Basic EMT and Basic EMT Refresher (Core 13) classes. Therefore MLEMS will only be able to accept New Jersey Training Fund Eligibility forms as payment for Basic EMT and Basic EMT Refresher (Core 13) classes.

Course Registrations using a New Jersey EMT Training Fund Eligibility Form as payment may be responsible for full payment of course registration if cancellation is made less than ten (10)days pror to the course date and may have future course registrations using the New Jersey EMT Training Fund rejected.

Payments or Certificates of Eligibility for online registrations must be received by MLEMS within five (5) business days of the online registration submission or at the time of submission if less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the course.

Payment must be made by Personal Check, Money Order, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), EMT Training Fund Certificate of Eligibility or by Purchase Order for approved organizations.

Registrations from approved organizations that wish to be invoiced must provide an approved Purchase Order or Authorization Letter. These can be mailed to the address below or faxed to 856-727-8281.
