The File of Life program is a free service provided to Mount Laurel Residents of all ages, with an emphasis on our senior citizens and residents with special medical needs.
The File of Life program is designed to assist Mount Laurel Residents and our emergency first responders in the event of a medical emergency at the participant’s home. The File of Life is a mini medical history posted on the outside of one’s refrigerator. The File of Life card enables first responders to obtain quick medical history when a patient is unable to offer one and helps to eliminate the risk of a patient in a frightened state, forgetting to mention something important.
You can request a File of Life envelope by calling 856-778-1274, stopping by EMS Station 369, located at 201 Masonville Road, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm, or by stopping by our table at Township events.
